I’m Johan, based in Medellín and working on US hours. In 12 years I’ve worked as a software developer, run my own online store, cofounded an agency, led automation at a BPO and grown funded startups, keeping every skill along the way: strategy, creative, ads, CRM, automation and code. Today I use the best tool for each job, with AI writing most of the code, so I can take an idea from strategy to a live, measured campaign on my own.
